This piece is now in the permanent collection of Landfillart.org, and will be eventually published in a book documenting the endeavor along with the contributions of over 1,000 other artists from many states in the U.S. and countries all over the world. The effort was started by Ken Marquis, a gallery owner and artist in Pennsylvania. Landfillart.org distributes hubcaps to artists the world over in the mission of mixing environmental awareness and art making.
This piece is constructed from plexiglass, enamel paint, hubcap and screws. It measures 18" x 18".
